Heritage has experienced some impressive growth -- with that comes new staff members, buildings, landscaping, and infrastructure.
Heritage added 8 staff members to its team - click here to learn a little bit about their backgrounds on our Faculty page.
New Gate Fence/Landscaping
The school received a facelift in the form of a new sidewalk going straight from the main parking lot to the gym, landscaping in front of the gate entrance, a fence around the gate entrance area, new deck areas in Grammar School, and of course, 2 brand new portable buildings with 4 classrooms. They house Mrs. Ponce's 4th grade class and Mrs. Schmidt and Dr. Branch's 5th grade classes.
New Tech
In the realm of technology infrastructure, Heritage School was able to upgrade networking equipment thanks mostly to a grant. Heritage parent Jarob Bullock spearheaded the effort in upgrading technology infrastructure across campus, with some help from Mr. Garza. Each area of the campus - the Neel Center, the Grammar School Village, and Herzog Hall - is now connected with fiber-optic cable, and Wi-Fi coverage has been greatly expanded. This allows for extremely fast speeds across campus, and greater expandability in the future.
