Summary
This project is to give you a better understanding of the various
functions of the United States Government. the supreme law of our land is the
constitution. All of branches of government must abide by the constitution.
Our government is a government of limited powers & when it acts, it must be able to
point a specific power contained in the US Constitution to justify that act.
If the power referred to is not found, the law is therefore unconstitutional. |
