Welcome
a new school year! We hope you and your family had a great summer! Upon
registration of your child and/or children, you were asked to sign an Enrollment
Agreement which we currently have on file. This Enrollment Agreement states our
tuition payment policy and also informs you, in the event that the tuition fee
is not received in a timely fashion, the late fees which will be incurred.
TUITION
PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH BUT THERE IS A GRACE PERIOD
UNTIL THE 10TH OF THE MONTH. IN THE EVENT THAT A PAYMENT IS NOT
RECEIVED BEFORE THE 10TH OF THE MONTH, ALL LATE FEES WILL APPLY AND,
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THESE LATE FEES BE WAIVED.
Please remember if the 10th falls on a
Saturday or Sunday, we must receive the tuition payment the Friday before. In
the event you mail your payment, the payment must reach the office no later than
the 10th of the month.
Below
we have quoted our payment policy as stated on the first page of your Enrollment
Agreement for your review:
“Tuition fees
are due in the office by the 10th of each month. In the event any of
the stated monthly payments is not received in the office by the 10th
of each month, a fifty dollar ($50.00) late fee will be charged. Any payment
received after the 20th of the month will require a seventy-five
dollar ($75.00) late fee. Any payment received on the following month will
require a one hundred dollar ($100.00) late fee. Should the 10th fall
during the weekend, tuitions must be paid by the previous Friday. Should
tuitions be mailed, the school must receive payment by the 10th of
the month. (There is no mail delivery on Saturday at the school.) .”
We
will greatly appreciate it if you adhere to the payment schedule as outlined in
your Enrollment Agreement . Finally , we remind you that we do not accept
cash as a form of payment .If you should have any questions, please do not
